With a strong focus on planning and managing events, you will design and deliver engaging experiences that connect PwC with emerging talent across high schools and universities. You will build and leverage meaningful relationships with students, faculty, and career advisors to enhance our brand visibility, strengthen our talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience from first touchpoint through to day one. What you’ll do: You will effectively attract and retain Graduates, Vacationers, and Trainees from varied backgrounds at universities and high schools in Sydney to boost brand visibility and strengthen our talent pipelines. Establish and nurture relationships with universities and high schools, partnering with faculty and careers advisors to secure event opportunities and deepen campus presence and in schools Plan, manage, and deliver all early careers events across Sydney, including networking events, workshops, careers fairs and in-house events. Lead the logistics and delivery of assessment centers, ensuring a seamless candidate and business experience. Foster relationships with PwC representatives to ensure we have effective ambassadors at events. Execute a seamless preboarding strategy to retain our new starters from contract returned through to their start date, designing and delivering webcasts, newsletters, and offer celebration parties for incoming early career candidates. Work closely with the business, branding, recruitment, onboarding, and programs teams to deliver an exceptional, seamless candidate experience. What we’re looking for: We are looking for someone ideally from an events, L&D, recruitment or marketing background that has a passion for helping people at the start of their career. Strong organisation skills, you can juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball. You bring structure, forward-planning, and attention to detail to everything you do. You're a confident communicator - both written and verbal - with a flair for creating engaging content, whether that's a newsletter, a webcast, or an event concept that cuts through the noise You can confidently host events for students and both internal and external stakeholders. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment with seasonal peaks. You bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a solutions-focused attitude to your work.
